As we navigate the dynamic landscape of the professional world, nurturing and empowering the next generation of leaders is essential. The GACC South has established great collaborations with esteemed educational institutions such as Georgia Tech, Agnes Scott College, and various Technical Colleges (GA CATT Program). Now, we are proud to introduce the BUDDY PASS —an initiative aimed at fostering connections between industry leaders and aspiring young professionals. Through this program, companies have the opportunity to sponsor tickets to various events, enabling students and young professionals to participate and engage in invaluable networking and learning experiences.

Program Overview

The Buddy Pass serves as a bridge between corporations and the future workforce by offering sponsored tickets to select events. These events encompass a wide range of activities, including conferences, workshops, seminars, and networking sessions, all designed to facilitate professional growth and development.

How It Works

1. Sponsorship/Donation  
Companies are invited to contribute to the Buddy Pass by sponsoring tickets to specific events. These sponsorships provide access to valuable learning opportunities and demonstrate a commitment to nurturing talent and investing in the future workforce.

2. Student/Young Professional Selection 
Through our partnerships with Georgia Tech and Agnes Scott College, we identify motivated and dedicated students and young professionals who would benefit from attending these events. Selected individuals are chosen based on their academic achievements, leadership potential, and commitment to personal and professional growth. We will share the information of the ticket recipient with the sponsoring company before the event, allowing for personalized interaction, fostering mentorship opportunities, and enhancing the overall experience for both sponsors and attendees.

3. Event Participation
Sponsored students and young professionals receive complimentary tickets to designated events, enabling them to connect with industry leaders, gain insights into emerging trends, and forge meaningful relationships with peers and mentors.

4. Recognition
