Christina Rebel-Otterbach, CEO and Founder of CRO Management Consulting, has 30+ years’ experience as a CFO, Managing Director, Integration Manager and Business Value Growth Advisor as well as in other leadership positions of internationally, globally operating, fast growing and rapidly changing organizations in Europe and the US.

She grew up in Germany, earned her MBA in Economics - cost accounting & IT-management - from the Duale Hochschule Mannheim/Mosbach in 1988. She lived and worked over 12 years for Honeywell in Europe and the US incl.an assignment in internal audit. She and her husband Michael emigrated to Silicon Valley in 1998 and lived on the West Coast of the US for over a decade. In 2013, she relocated with her husband Michael and their daughter Ellen to the Greater Atlanta Area.

CRO Management Consulting LLC collaborates closely with Certified Public Accounting firms, Financial Advisors, Attorneys, Bankers, Merger & Acquisition experts, and various Subject Matter Experts to ensure their clients are taken care off from each aspect of their business.

CRO Management Consulting clients are from the automotive, bio-chemical, consumer products, hospitality, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, technology-consulting professional services industry; and are often headquartered in German speaking Europe or come with international roots.

Nadine Vaughan

Director & Relationship Manager BMO Bank N.A. | Commercial Banking

Nadine Vaughan is a Director and Senior Relationship Manager with BMO Commercial Bank, based in Atlanta, GA. Nadine’s focus is on multinational middle market clients across the Southeastern United States. She has extensive experience supporting businesses and organizations with a strong international business aspect. Over the past decade, she has also gained significant experience in working with and supporting companies operating in the manufacturing industry.

Having started her banking career with Norddeutsche Landesbank in Braunschweig, Germany in 1995, she has more than 25 years of commercial and corporate banking experience. After moving to the United States in 2002, Nadine continued to advance her career in the banking industry, working for GMAC Commercial Finance, Bridgeview Capital Solutions, and 12 years with Wells Fargo Bank prior to joining BMO in April 2022.

She received a B.S. in Business Law–International Trade from Anhalt University in Germany. Nadine has been active in the Southeast international business community since moving to Atlanta and for over 11 years served on the board of the German School of Atlanta until October 2022.

Since January 2023, Nadine also serves on the board of the Georgia Chapter of Women in Manufacturing (WiM) and is passionate about the advancement of female talent in the manufacturing industry. She lives in North Georgia together with her husband, Matt, her daughter Emily and son Max.

Gerhard Friedrich Schneiders

Accounting, Assurance and Tax | Rödl & Partner

Gerhard Schneiders is a German Tax Consultant, a German Public Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant and is a Partner of Roedl & Partner USA in Atlanta/GA. He holds a Business Economics degree (Diplom-Kaufmann) specializing in Accounting, Tax and Business Law from the University of Saarbrücken.

He has over 30 years of experience particularly but not exclusively in accounting, tax and auditing mostly with a Big4Firm in Europe and the US and joined Roedl & Partner USA about 12 years ago.

He is highly experienced in dealing with inbound investments including planning (start ups & structuring), tax consulting for foreign owned companies, state and local tax compliance and performing audits, agreed upon procedures and compilations applying US GAAP, IFRS or German GAAP/HGB.

Gerhard was born in Germany and relocated to Boston, MA with his wife Silke in late 2004 and lives near Atlanta since 2018. He was a board member of the German American Chamber of Commerce, New York for over 12 years before becoming member of the Board of Directors of the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce of Georgia and currently serves as their Treasurer.
