Supporting Our Communities in the Wake of Hurricane Helene

10/01/2024

This past weekend has been challenging for many, as we anxiously awaited updates and searched for unaccounted family, friends, and loved ones. Currently, Asheville, NC, and the surrounding areas in Western North Carolina are still grappling with communication blackouts, power outages, fuel shortages, and limited access to clean water.

In response to the urgent need for supplies and support, JAS Charleston is partnering with GACC South, the local Maritime community (MASC), and Mercedes-Benz Vans to launch an emergency supply drive through Thursday, October 3, 2024.
