As the Commercial Plant Manager at the Robert Bosch LLC plant in Charleston, Annekathrin Mueller oversees a Automotive manufacturing site with an estimated workforce of 1,900 associates. Her position entails all responsibilities related to controlling, logistics, IT, HR, and training at the local plant. Throughout her 20 years at Bosch, Annekathrin has consistently demonstrated strategic resilience as she elevated teams, innovated projects, and provided insightful direction reflective of industry needs. Her most prominent milestones include successfully implementing Industry 4.0 at Bosch’s oldest manufacturing site in Feuerbach, showcasing notable strategy in Anderson’s logistics during the pandemic & semiconductor crises, and most recently transitioning Charleston from Diesel to Electric motors in a post-pandemic environment.
